The Role
We are looking for a Branch Manager to join our established and successful industrial division to oversee the end-to-end recruitment process. Reporting to our Area Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies whilst working with the team to build a strong pipeline of clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand your client’s recruitment requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Utilise your recruitment expertise to identify and seize opportunities.
- Source, screen, and conduct candidate interviews.
- Lead and motivate your team to achieve business and personal goals.
- Mentor and coach your team and support continuous professional development.
- Engage in our bespoke training programme, tailored to rapidly enhance your market knowledge.
- Positively contribute to our team dynamics and company culture.
