Account Manager

Venatu Recruitment Group are working in partnership with our client to recruit an Account Manager. This role is vital in building and further developing strong relationships with Partners of the business who represent a critical source of customer revenue.

  • Professionally representing the business with the aim to grow revenue
  • Establishing and building relationships with representatives by calls, emails and a developed systemised approach to engaged networking
  • Monitoring revenues and actively engaging with them to establish how these may be increased by a greater collaborative effort
  • Ensuring information is up to date with internal developments, opportunities, challenges and meetings
  • Maintaining potential immediate or longer-term commercial revenue earning opportunities
  • Competently and knowledgeably advising on services to best fulfil customer need
  • Organising activities including webinars, events, and training days to drive referral leads
  • Maintaining a detailed and up to date organisational structure for each client, through the CRM software
  • Ensuring all representatives are aware of and have access to all relevant marketing materials available to assist in their own sales processes
  • Assisting clients with additional collateral whenever requested and offering services and advice on how to grow their business using existing internal resources and services

  • Be enthusiastic, positive, curious, helpful, calm, thoughtful, highly motivated, determined,
  • Self-sufficient and independent
  • Demonstrate previous success in a sales or account management role
  • Possess unrelenting high standards for execution with excellent attention to detail on all matters including essential internal administration and documentation
  • A high level of integrity and professionalism
  • Ability to present, train and deliver materials and workshops as necessary to the network
  • Naturally, perhaps quietly, authoritative and credible with the ability to persuade, challenge, negotiate and create profitable situations
