Administration Coordinator

Venatu Recruitment Group are currently working in partnership with our client to recruit an Administration Coordinator.

DUTIES

  • Supporting the UK sales team with SAP CRM
  • Creating, maintaining & cleansing records
  • Liaising with the sales team regarding support materials
  • Creating and distributing sales quotations and processing sales orders
  • Organising monthly sales meetings, team building activities and minute taking
  • Taking meeting room bookings and providing meeting support
  • Scheduling of technical resource
  • Planning & booking travel and accommodation
  • Supporting the delivery of training activities on and off site
  • Competitor, customer & industry research (online)
  • Attendance and holiday tracking
  • Answering incoming telephone calls
  • Dealing with customer queries
  • Project work as and when required by the business
  • The ideal Administration Coordinator will have excellent communication and organisation skills and have great attention to detail.
  • You must be able to maintain good working relationships and prioritise accordingly.

HOURS

  • This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 09:00am - 17:00am with 25 days holiday each year (incl. bank holidays).
