Venatu Recruitment Group are working with a leading company in Leeds who are looking for an Administrator to join their team.

THE ROLE

  • Dealing with initial customer enquiries by telephone or email
  • General clerical duties such as filing and maintenance of a computerised data base
  • Responding quickly and efficiently to all in-coming enquiries by telephone, fax and email
  • Ensuring that customer queries are directed to the most appropriate person in a timely manner
  • Performing routine clerical duties such as photocopying
  • Filing delivery paperwork

REQUIREMENTS

  • Accurate
  • Ability to learn fast and follow instruction
  • Computer literate, competent in Excel and Word
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good command of English both written and verbal

  • 42.5 hours per week
