Venatu Recruitment Group are currently looking for an experienced administrator to join a friendly, hardworking team in a well-established business in Wakefield

  • Location: Wakefield
  • Salary: £9.00ph
  • Contract Type: Temporary

DUTIES

  • Manage receipt and processing of customer orders, process invoices, update and maintain customer records
  • Dispatching orders, communicating with third party’s
  • Following up on orders and making any relevant changes
  • Work closely with internal departments to find solutions to all customer and retailer queries and problem solve effectively.
  • Knowledge of Sage Line 50 is essential

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Well organised and has the ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Works with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • A good communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and work independently when required.
  • Experienced in Sage

HOURS

  • Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm
  • Mon- Fri 8am – 4pm

SALARY

  • £9 per hour.
