Administrator / Customer Service Advisor

Venatu Consulting are working with our established client in search of an Administrator/Customer Service Advisor to work on a temporary-permanent basis.

Duties

  • Managing a customer account
  • Building relationships with key accounts
  • Answering the telephone, handling general queries
  • Meeting and greeting customers
  • Inputting data on to in house systems and all Microsoft packages
  • Keeping documentation up to date and chasing any required information from customers.

Skills required

  • Fully I.T Literate on all Microsoft packages
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Previous Administration experience
  • Professional approach at all times

Hours and salary

  • Working full time 40 - 45 hours per week which includes one late night per week and 1 in 3 Saturday mornings
  • £7.50ph but this will be increased following a 3 month probation
