THE ROLE

  • Research organisations to find new organisations businesses, contacts and establish what they need
  • Engage and Develop new business
  • Negotiate with customers and provide an excellent customer experience
  • Develop an understanding of internal processes and update and maintain the CRM
  • Able to forecast sales targets
  • Attend conferences and events
  • Comply with Health & Safety
  • Become the lead contact and deal with any relating enquiries or requests

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Will be passionate and enthusiastic about winning new business
  • Be proactive
  • Excellent communication skills - be able to communicate with people at all levels both verbally and written
  • Problem solving - able to find a solution to a customer need
  • Work well under pressure
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Able to meet deadlines

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Able to travel include overnight stays
