Complaints Administrator

Venatu Recruitment Group are currently working in partnership with our client in recruiting for a Complaints Administrator to join the business in Doncaster. The successful person will be a point of contact to resolve issues in a prompt and professional manner.

KEY DUTIES

  • Investigate customer complaints related to delivery discrepancies using information from various sources
  • Record findings
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external partners.
  • Have a flexible approach but work within policy.
  • Decision making.
  • Working to deadlines.
  • Assisting in other administrative duties required by the Supervisor/Team.

KEY SKILLS

  • A strong customer service background.
  • Ideally will have complaint handling experience or previously worked in a transport admin role.
  • Excellent phone manner with good communication skills.
  • Good time management, able to prioritise work effectively and efficiently.
  • Attention to detail
  • IT Literate and good excel skills
  • Ability to work alone and part of a team
  • GCSE Grade C or above Maths & English or equivalent (or comparable numeric score under the newly reformed GCSE grading).

HOURS

  • 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm
  • 28 days’ annual leave including BH. On completion of one full years’ service accrue an extra day up to a maximum of five extra days.
