Customer Billing Administrator

Venatu Consulting are working with a well-established company in Wakefield looking for a Permanent Customer billing Administrator to join their team ASAP.

DUTIES

  • Processing incoming documents from engineers
  • Collating engineer documents, preparing paperwork
  • Validating and/or adding relevant pricing to engineer transactions
  • Preparing customer invoices and responding to customer enquiries
  • General administrative duties to include answering internal and external calls and performing tasks that are necessary for the smooth operation of the team

IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • As Customer Billing Administrator you will be required to proactively support and deliver the needs of the customers and the business taking a collaborative approach to driving improvements through the business.
  • In order for individuals to maximize their potential and their positive impact to the business, training, coaching and support will be provided.

THE ROLE

  • Includes responsibility and ownership of the business processes, ensuring the highest levels of performance, productivity and customer service levels are maintained.
  • This requires excellent interpersonal skills as you will be required to interact with and respond to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Individuals are required to strive to, not only meet, but exceed KPI’s designed to measure the impact of each individual and team engaged in the Customer experience.
  • KPI’s may be both individual and team based, requiring high levels of team work and collaboration to ensure achievement.
  • You will work seamlessly with all other departments to continually improve the customer service levels of the business and ensure that customers’ requirements are fulfilled and expectations met or exceeded.
  • This is a varied role, you will be expected to engage in a wide variety of projects to assist in the building of teams focused on providing excellent customer service.

HOURS

  • Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
  • Half hour Lunch.
