Customer Service Administrator

Venatu Consulting are working with a company based in Wakefield are a leading service provider throughout the UK. Recognised for their work and of growth they are looking to recruit a Customer Services Administrator to join their Installations team.

  • This available permanent opportunity will see you reporting to the Team Leader on a daily basis and of being responsible for booking and scheduling work throughout the UK for their field based engineers.
  • A fast paced role but one that offers reward you will speak to the end user customer for the booking of appointments and of liaising with field based engineers for the allocation of appointments.
  • At times you will book appointments in line with specific timeframes dependent on SLA agreements.


  • Someone who is able to work both independently to achieve tasks but also collectively as part of a team.
  • You will have a confident telephone manner whilst being able to organise tasks for successful completion.
  • Any previous experience of booking in appointments and scheduling would be of distinct advantage for this role but not essential.
