Venatu Consulting are working with a company based in South Leeds to find a Customer Service Administrator to join their friendly team.

THE ROLE

  • Established and recognised for being a market leader of industry the role of Customer Service Administrator will see you supporting a team and internal systems on a daily basis.
  • This role sees you working in a fast paced, time critical environment therefore would suit someone who is a confident administrator and has keen eye for detail when both processing and updating systems. You will manage key tasks on a daily basis including the checking of paperwork for dispatch of goods whilst minimising delivery issues before they arise.
  • This role will see you engaging with customers over the telephone therefore it is essential you are happy to speak with customers too.
  • Our client offers a friendly team environment however their business is fast paced to you must be happy to work with time critical deadlines.
