  • My client based in Huddersfield are a global leading distributor of goods who are looking to recruit a Customer Services Administrator to join their team.
  • This key role will see you working to provide a professional and positive experience for my clients UK based customers and internal teams.
  • Working as a Customer Service Administrator you will be responsible for accurately entering orders onto the system, agreeing delivery dates with customer, responding to customer enquiries/ complaints, manage and maintain completed paperwork, produce monthly and weekly reports and of reconciling completed job sheets for invoicing, update future schedules or plans.


  • This role requires someone who is happy to work 37.5 hours per week on a rotating shift pattern, 6.00am – 3.15pm, 9.00am – 6.15pm and 1pm – 10.15pm including weekends.
  • Equally presenting ‘can do’ attitude and of thinking outside the norm to reach positive outcomes you will be confident of working in a demanding and at times pressurised role.
