Customer Service Administrator

Venatu Recruitment Group are working with a company based in Leeds

  • Salary: £17,500 - £19,000pa

THE ROLE

  • To provide admin support to customers, engineers and managers throughout the business
  • Act as first point of contact for customer enquiries over the telephone and via email
  • Product quotations
  • Raise and close job sheets
  • Ordering of stock
  • Booking of diaries
  • Raising invoices

TO BE CONSIDERED

  • Customer service skills are essential combined with confident IT skills
  • Confident customer service skills and ability to build rapport with customer over the telephone
  • Work effectively to deadlines
  • Work closely with internal and external teams (keeping customer service as top priority)
  • Team Player
  • Flexible attitude to work
  • Able to deal with customer complaints if arise
