  • My client based in South Leeds are looking to recruit a Customer Service Case Coordinator to join their team, covering a fixed term contract for 15 months. This opportunity will see you working in a small team and of reporting to the Manager on a daily basis.
  • A busy role you will be responsible for managing complaint case files and of being the intermediate between both parties for a satisfactory conclusion.
  • On a typical day you will respond to calls received from customers and respond to any emailed communication within strict guidelines/ timescales, manage and coordinate diaries with third parties to visit for assessment, upload and scan claim files onto internal database, prepare witness statements if applicable and to carry out any associated administrative support required for this key role.
  • This role requires someone who thrives on working with detail but also comfortable in responding to at times both difficult and complex calls.
  • You will be a skilled user of Microsoft Office (including Excel), be well organised, an attentive listener and be able to demonstrate a systematic approach to your work.
  • A high level of accuracy and numeracy is also essential whilst being able to work effectively under pressure.
  • Any experience of working with compliance, legal documents, dispute resolution would be of added value (but not essential) when applying.
