Customer Service Manager

Venatu Consulting are currently working in partnership with our client in recruiting for an Customer Service Manager. The purpose of this position is to support the day to day running of the Internal Sales Office and will advise, facilitate and support the team in their daily activities. You will also will assist the Head of Technical and & Customer Service in ensuring the provision of a high-quality service to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while working with tight deadlines.

  • Salary: £29,000 - £31,000pa

  • Manage the daily running of the office, including effective resource planning and implementing strategies and operations
  • Delegating work to staff and managing their workload and output
  • Responsibility and monitoring of individuals and team’s performance
  • Assisting the team by performing the tasks with them
  • Promoting staff development and training
  • Completion of administrative duties as well as writing weekly reports for management
  • Responding to customer enquiries and complaints
  • Recruitment of new staff, including training & induction
  • Ensure procedures are being adhered to within the department at all times
  • Effective communication and co-operation within the team
  • Monitoring random calls to improve quality, minimise errors and track operative performance
  • Delivery of regular team meetings
  • Ensure employees are trained to maximise flexibility within the office
  • Communicate effectively with the Customer Solutions Developer & Senior Sales Admin
