Customer Service Manager

Venatu Consulting are working with an established client in search of a Customer Service Manager to work on a full time and permanent basis. The purpose of this role is to support the business in all aspects of customer service by managing a team of people within the department.

Duties include

  • Mentoring, directing, motivating, supervising and monitoring the performance of all members of the team
  • Developing strong working relationships with all teams to support the overall business objective
  • Acting as escalation point for issue resolution where appropriate and where necessary
  • Setting up KPI’s, systems and procedures
  • Holding one to one meetings, monthly reviews and annual performance
  • Fault monitoring
  • Answering enquiries
  • Supporting new starters with training

Hours

  • Alternate shifts 08.30 - 17.00 or 09.00 - 17.30
