Customer Services Administrator

Venatu Recruitment Group are delighted to be working with a Wakefield based organisation looking to recruit an experienced Customer Services Administrator. As part of the wider Customer Services team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of excellent customer care to both consumer and client.

  • Location: Wakefield
  • Salary: £16,500 - £17,500pa
  • Contract Type: Permanent
  • Closing: 30 November 2018

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

  • Respond to incoming calls effectively and of responding to incoming emails
  • Update database to maintain customer actions and records
  • Deal with any product enquiries and prices
  • Liaise with internal teams and satellite offices
  • Work effectively to deadline

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft including Excel
  • Previous telephone customer services experience
  • Team Player
  • Able to work to deadline
  • Happy to work in a fast-paced team
