THE ROLE

  • My client based in South Leeds are currently looking to recruit a Customer Services Administrator for a fixed contract until March 2019.
  • A key role that will compliment the existing team you will be directly responsible for sustaining the highest level of customer service and off effectively supporting customers when an order is placed, confirming prices, sales order processing and of managing the order to dispatch.
  • A friendly team, you will also on a daily basis need to work alongside other internal teams including: Operations and Purchasing for the timely despatch of goods, respond to customer and sales teams via email and over the telephone, raise invoices and arrange collections of goods if required.

TO BE CONSIDERED

  • For this fixed term opportunity our client requires someone who is able to commit to the full duration of the contract until March 2019, self-motivated to ensure tasks are completed on time and of holding excellent customer care.
