Fleet Support Administrator

Venatu Recruitment Group are working with a company based in Huddersfield

  • Location: Huddersfield
  • Salary: £20,000 - £22,000pa
  • Contract Type: Permanent

  • To produce and maintain up to date logs of contacted vehicles on lease, ensuring locations and registrations are correct for each vehicle and
  • Run reports to highlight due dates for MOT’s and Services
  • Issue weekly reports both electronically and manually for customer
  • Issue Purchase Orders numbers for both Suppliers and external Service Providers
  • Ensure all vehicle movements are communicated to Fleet Manager
  • Liaise with service providers
  • Carry out project work for Managers when requested
  • Provide support to Maintenance department as and when required


  • Confident IT and administration skills
  • Ideally experienced of working with reports (including Excel based)
  • Can do attitude
  • Ability to produce work to the highest levels
  • Accurate
  • Ability to work in a fast paced role with deadlines
  • Team player
