Helpdesk Administrator/ Advisor

THE CLIENT

  • My client are specialists in their field who operate and support various industry sectors for maintenance and repair.
  • Due to work overload they are looking for temporary support in their team.

THE ROLE

  • As Help desk Administrator/ Advisor you will be responsible for answering high volume incoming calls from clients for repair and maintenance work and to effectively schedule the right engineer with the right skill set to meet client needs.
  • This is a busy and pressurised role where you will be expected to meet key deadlines in order to satisfy both SLA’s and customer needs therefore they do need someone who is able to multitask, work with a busy workload whilst driving through results.
  • You will be happy to be working on the telephone and of offering excellent customer care.

TO BE CONSIDERED

  • My client seeks someone who is able to take ownership of workload, ask if not sure rather than guess and be confident IT user.
  • Attention to detail is key when scheduling the engineers for attendance and that all lines of communication are open to relay back to client when required.
