Internal Sales Executive

Venatu Recruitment Group are currently working in partnership with our client in recruiting for an Internal Sales Representative.

DUTIES

  • Generate and follow up on potential and existing customer leads
  • Proactively call existing and potential customers to evaluate their needs, promoting new and existing products and services.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets
  • Discuss a portfolio of products to a range of customers in a professional manner
  • Generate a journey cycle, ensuring all customers are called
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports as and when requested
  • Maintain and update sales records on company CRM system
  • Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Gather and report back information on competitor activity

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in selling B2B in a tele sales environment
  • Knowledge and understanding of lighting, heating and switchgear preferred
  • A self-motivated individual who is comfortable working alone and as part of a team
  • Understanding of the sales dynamics and process’s
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service
  • Competent in using computer packages such as excel, word and PowerPoint.
