Key Account Manager

Venatu Recruitment Group are currently working in partnership with our client in recruiting for a Key Account Manager. The purpose of this role is to support the business with key customers business development and supporting the overall growth of the company.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Achieving all predefined KPI’s targets within the scope of the role and the chosen brand profiles
  • Analysing current marketplace, collating and feeding back key market and competitive data.
  • Planning, executing, and developing/managing sales strategies in targeted market sectors
  • Generating new leads and developing KPI’s with existing customer base
  • Responding to customer enquiries
  • Work with the design and commercial team to deliver improvements in brand engagement scores across different territories
  • Provide a strong link with the CEO and internal staff to develop long term relationships with the key customer groups
  • Ensure strong inter-company liaison on key sales initiatives within the Division
  • Organise presentations for potential and existing Customers to increase the profile and support services offered by the Company.
  • Identify opportunities for new products and services that can be profitably provided by the Company and develop such ideas with the team.
  • Analyse sales performance and propose initiatives and implement plans to rectify adverse trends
  • Attend regular Sales Meetings to plan and monitor strategic and operational actions in the market.
  • Attendance and co-ordination of trade shows in the UK and Europe

EXPERIENCE

  • Strong communication skills and fluent in German, French and Spanish
  • In depth understanding of sales and marketing principles
  • Formal sales training an advantage.
  • Proven sales track record of achievement
  • Ideally a Degree in business areas such as management, marketing, or economics and languages
  • Proven ability to grow the territories and development of brand sales in the retail consumer sector
  • Good Planning, Time management and Organisation skills
  • Willingness to travel abroad on a regular basis
