Order Processing Administrator

Venatu Consulting are working with a leading Kitchen Sales & Manufacturing company in Doncaster looking for an Order Processing Administrator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to develop their skills and build a career.

  • Processing sales orders into system.
  • Checking invoices & matching up.
  • Dealing with online order queries or issues.
  • Processing of customer orders.
  • Liaising management regarding customer queries or issues.
  • Inputting data replacements or and missing orders.
  • Using own initiative to problem solve whilst following company procedures.
  • Communicating with the couriers to track orders and/or make any amendments.
  • Manage and protect customer information, including sensitive financial information, in accordance with relevant legislation.
  • Develop a rapport with customers and treat each one as an individual.
  • Adhoc office duties as required.


  • Must have experience in working in a manufacturing environment.
  • IT skills, must be confident with Microsoft packages & in house systems.
  • Able to work in a small team.
  • Confident in speaking fluently to customers/suppliers.
  • Fresh enthusiastic outlook.


  • Monday – Friday 9am-5pm.
  • Half hour Lunch.


  • Car parking.
  • On bus route.
