Part Time Fleet Administrator

Venatu Recruitment Group are working with a company based in Huddersfield

  • Location: Huddersfield
  • Salary: £10.00 - £12.00ph
  • Contract Type: Permanent

THE ROLE

  • To ensure all drivers time sheets and claim forms are collected on time
  • Raise Purchase Orders
  • Forward additional expense claims to HR for processing
  • Maintain files for drivers and of ensuring their details are up to date and valid
  • Typing of meeting minutes as requested by Manager
  • Collated medical questionnaire for file records
  • Booking of accommodation
  • Update internal notice boards

TO BE CONSIDERED

  • Must be able to work either 10.00am – 2.00pm or 6.00pm – 10.00pm (Monday to Friday)
  • Confident IT and administration skills
  • Able to multi task whilst working to deadlines
  • Can do attitude
  • Team Player
  • Excellent numeracy and attention to detail
