Venatu Consulting are working with a leading Fleet company in Daventry looking for a Purchase order Administrator to join their team ASAP. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to develop their skills and build a career.

  • Processing orders into system.
  • Raising purchase orders.
  • Checking invoices & matching up.
  • Ordering parts.
  • Matching of purchase orders.
  • Separating & coordinating reports.
  • Processing job cards.
  • Liaising management regarding queries or issues.
  • Inputting data replacements or and missing orders.
  • Using own initiative to problem solve whilst following company procedures.
  • Communicating with the couriers to track orders and/or make any amendments.
  • Adhoc office duties as required.


  • Must have experience in working in a fleet environment.
  • IT skills, must be confident with excel Microsoft packages & in house systems.
  • Able to work in a small team.
  • Confident in speaking fluently to customers/suppliers.
  • Fresh enthusiastic outlook.


  • Monday to Friday 8am-4pm or Monday – Friday 9am-5pm. (Flexible)
  • Half hour Lunch.


  • Car parking.
  • Flexible working hours
