Venatu Consulting are currently working in partnership with our client in recruiting an Recruitment Account Manager to join their Managed Services Team.

The role

Our client’s recruitment account manager’s are based on our client premises essentially ensuring the services they provide runs smoothly. No day will be the same but overall you can expect to oversee the management of the agency managers and shift managers ensuring services are supplied in terms of recruitment, planning and booking of labour

The person

This is a fantastic opportunity for an articulate individual to manage the client’s expectation and build on the relationship. We need someone with a solid proven background managing an account within onsite management background. The successful applicant will be experienced running an onsite contract in a warehouse based environment and currently working in a senior managerial capacity , ensuring strong working relations between your company and the client, exceeding expectations and growing the loyalty and profit of the account.

The successful applicant will be able to balance being a corporate face of the company with a hands-on approach to deliver high level services and expectations of the account.


  • Ideally you will have a Recruitment background ideally within an onsite role
  • A history of delivery high customer service and building strong relationships with customers
  • Understanding of employment legislation.
  • Have strong IT skills and a high level of Literacy and Numeracy.
  • Excellent organisational skills, competent and confident communicator.
  • A strong multi tasker who has an ability to lead a team and delegate tasks accordingly.
  • Full UK driving license required
