Regional Depot / Workshop Administrator

Venatu Recruitment Group are currently working in partnership with a Fleet Maintenance Company who are looking to employ a Regional Costing Clerk / Depot Administrator.

  • You will be responsible for overseeing the Depot Administrators at each workshop South of Birmingham.
  • You will ensure that all administrators are generating the correct costings and invoices to customers.
  • As an ambassador for the wider team you will attend any training courses and be responsible for delivering the information across the depots.
  • Over holiday and sickness cover to Service Managers in the absence of thier designated admnistrator
  • Raising job cards, updating systems, liasing with customers via phone and email
  • This is a regional role which involves travel throughout the South of the UK. -a company car is provided.)


  • Kerridge knowledge is beneficial
  • Must have work experience of working as a Depot Administrator / Costing Clerk / Service Advisor position with the Automitve Sector.
  • Ability to work within guidelines given and to strict deadlines
  • Ability to manager and support team members
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ideally from a Service Administrator background with the Automotive industry
  • Operational knowledge of the Automotive industry is beneficial
