  • To manage, lead, support and develop a team of Sales Managers to ensure objectives are met
  • To proactively mentor and coach Sales Managers to maintain and grow existing sales, driving activity to meet defined KPIs and to create a high performing team
  • Develop and build on relationships with all customers to maximise sales and opportunities ensuring the full portfolio of products are maintained and promoted
  • Developing clear action plans and KPIs supported by one to one reviews
  • Evaluate individual performances and forecasts
  • To successfully manage and control all budgets within your remit
  • To ensure that all reports and forecasts are factual, accurate and timely


  • A dynamic and energetic leader who leads by example and fully supports their team
  • An experienced manager with excellent training, coaching and people management skills
  • Building products or construction industry experience
  • Customer focused with sound commercial awareness
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Demonstrable results and a high achiever who sets ambitious goals for themselves and their team
