Sales Account Manager

Venatu Consulting are currently recruiting for a Sales Account Manager. The purpose of this role is to support the business with existing business monitoring spend and upselling additional services. This position is office based but will require visiting all customers within a defined territory.

  • Reporting to the Senior Customer Services Manager, you will be a highly trained customer service professional with experience within the service sector.
  • We are looking for a strong negotiator, but you will also have excellent sales techniques.
  • This role would suit a committed individual with strong communication skills who enjoys talking to a variety of clients and is comfortable working independently.
  • You will also be expected to manage and prioritise your workload, be proactive, flexible and hard working.
  • A demonstrable history of meeting and exceeding targets is a prerequisite for this position.
  • You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of major accounts
  • Establishing call cycles, territory planning, maintaining your own diary,
  • Monitoring revenue spend and upselling additional services, as well as maintaining a new business target
