Venatu Consulting are working with a company based in Workshop to find a Sales Administrator.

THE ROLE

  • Provide administrative support to Sales Department:
  • Produce sales quotations and details of lease arrangements
  • Complete the sales order process for new and used vehicles liaising between sales team and customers
  • Provide administrative support to Marketing Department:
  • Update customer database, website and social media information
  • Implement advertising schedule
  • Organise customer events and promotion items
  • Organise Company attendance at Trade Shows
  • Organise travel and meeting arrangements
  • Undertake general office support

THE PERSON

  • Good keyboard skills and competent in Microsoft Office with a good working knowledge of Excel
  • Strong sales administration experience within a fast moving environment
  • Effective organisation skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Detail conscious & accurate
  • Effective time management skills
  • Forward thinking and proactive
