JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Deal with initial customer enquiries by telephone or email.
  • General clerical duties such as filing and maintenance of a computerised data base will also be required.
  • To respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming enquiries, by telephone, fax and email.
  • Ensure that customer queries are directed to the most appropriate person in a timely manner
  • Perform routine clerical duties such as photocopying.
  • Filing delivery paperwork

IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • C or above in GCSE Maths and English Language
  • Profound knowledge of Excel, email and word
  • Strong organisational
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Hands on and flexible attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to multi task
  • Ability to work with people, both internal and external clients

HOURS

  • Monday – Friday 9am-5pm.
  • Half hour Lunch.
