Sales Administrator (French Speaking)

Our client is looking for a French speaking Sales Administrator to start asap. The purpose of the role is to maintain existing business and chase quotations to gain an understanding of the requirement. You will be joining a fast-paced business with the opportunity to progress.

  • Salary: £19,000 - £21,000pa
  • Contract Type: Temporary

  • Clearly and effectively calling existing business regarding order enquiries
  • Persuading potential customers to purchase from the business
  • Taking responsibility for reporting daily on various KPI’s
  • Entering accurate customer and sales data into our CRM and related systems
  • Following up on email correspondence and call backs daily


  • A confident telephone manner, experience of outbound calls to existing business (desired)
  • Excellent communication and listening skills with a persistent nature
  • Computer literate, experience of Microsoft packages including Excel
  • Experience of working in a target driven role
  • Ability to adapt to new situations and changes
  • Have confidence in using own initiative and good time management
  • Self-motivator


  • Monday to Friday 8.00am – 4.00pm


  • Free parking
  • In-house training on all products
  • The successful Sales Administrator will respond well to positive and negative feedback and have the ability to review own performance.
