Sales Administrator

Venatu Recruitment Group are working with a company based in Wakefield

  • Location: Wakefield
  • Salary: £20,000pa
  • Contract Type: Permanent
  • Closing: 6 March 2019

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensuring orders are processed in a timely fashion and in line with company procedures
  • Respond to customer enquiries over the telephone and via email
  • Production of quotations for customer
  • Ensure all courier enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner
  • Ensure all orders via internet and online sources are printed and processed in the right format
  • Update Sage CRM system
  • Any other ad hoc duties

TO BE CONSIDERED

  • Confident IT skills including Excel (Sage experience would be of added interest when applying)
  • Customer focused
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience of working within a busy pressurised environment
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent Office Admin skills
  • Self-motivated, ‘Can Do’ attitude, Organised and have strong accuracy skills
