Sales Coordinator

Venatu Recruitment Group are currently working in partnership with our client in recruiting for a Sales

DUTIES INCLUDE

  • Provide a friendly and professional welcome to all customers, presenting a positive impression of themselves and the organisation.
  • Ensuring that incoming sales enquiry calls are answered in a professional and timely manner.
  • Respond to customer enquiries and provide information about our full range of products and services.
  • Ensure that every customer sales enquiry is dealt with promptly and professionally through the appropriate sale process.
  • Work with the external sales team, through sales activities such as email database building, identifying and qualifying potential target customers and making company introductions.
  • Support e-marketing activities through customer telephone and email customer follow up.
  • Generate quotations, with appropriate follow up process to covert quotas to orders, and to notify external sales team of successful and unsuccessful quotes.
  • Manage the issue and return to rental and demo stock
  • Update the company CRM systems with all the relevant sales information
  • Monitor Barbour ABI data and follow up relevant planning leads and contact decision makers.
  • Working as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of the department
  • Follow company complaints procedures.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • The person fulfilling the sales coordinator role will be enthusiastic and have the personal drive and desire to deliver an outstanding customer sales experience
  • Can do attitude, decisive with the desire to make things happen at a fast pace
  • Go to person to resolve daily sales issues and priorities
  • Keenness to take ownership and to be proactive in improving sales performance.
  • Commercially astute and understands factors influencing business costs and business profitability
  • Has a strong confident personality with excellent communication skills
  • Proactive and willing to take the initiative to help win business
  • To ability to effectively promote the company and its products
  • The ability to make a difference to the customers, delivering high levels of sales service with minimal supervision.
  • The ability to work as part of a team, support colleagues and promote excellent team spirit
  • Good literacy and numeracy and verbal communication skills and IT literate
  • Demonstrates trusts openness and respect in dealings with people
  • Keen to develop themselves and learn new skills
  • A good communicator who listens and is able to express themselves clearly and committed and reliable
  • Acts with integrity and takes responsibility.
