My client based in South Leeds are a successful UK leading engineering manufacturer who are looking to recruit an experienced Sales & Customer Services Administrator to join their Leeds site.
This permanent available opportunity will see you working alongside two other members of the team to successful progress all orders received through to despatch on time in full.
Working as part of a busy team you will monitor the internal portal for the receipt of orders/ any amendments that are raised from the customer, check if there are corresponding PO numbers and progress to production for manufacturer.
This role will see you customer facing as you will have direct contact with customers to update on the progress of their orders, challenge any accuracies in the order and for shipment. Additionally you will be working closely with production, dispatch and sales teams on a daily basis whilst speaking to suppliers for the ordering of components/goods.
This is a key role that requires someone who has sales or customer service administration within an engineering or technical environment. You will have experience of working with customer portals, managing customers over the telephone and via email whilst managing multiple tasks at any one time to key deadlines.
