Venatu Consulting are currently working in partnership with our client to recruit a Service Administrator in a commercial Dealership

DETAILS

  • Location: Heywood
  • Salary: £18k - £20k
  • Hours Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
  • Holidays 22 days + Bank holidays

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You will be the liaison between the customer and the workshop and will ensure the workshop is working to full capacity by effectively scheduling customer orders.
  • Booking in of jobs over the phone & customer facing
  • Obtaining order numbers
  • Raising job cards
  • Invoicing job cards
  • Booking parts in / ordering, updating staff time clocking’s etc.

CANDIDATE EXPECTATIONS

  • You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels. A knowledge of Kerridge would be a distinct advantage.
  • Friendly, professional manner
  • Prior experience in customer service and administration role
  • The ability to work on your own initiative with minimal supervision but also able to work successfully as part of a team
  • Prior experience working as a service advisor essential
  • Maths and English GCSE’s
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong objection handling skills
  • Organised and systematic approach to work
  • Able to work under pressure
