Service Centre Manager

Venatu Consulting are working with a company based in Gloucester.

  • Salary: £26,000 - £28,000pa

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

  • Leading, managing and motivating a team
  • Full Profit and Loss responsibility
  • Stock Control
  • Dealing with quotations, customer enquiries
  • Produce management reports, interpreting data
  • Ensure all staff adheres to all current health & safety legislative requirements
  • Attend training courses to enhance professional development

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • You will be IT literate with a good working knowledge of MS Office
  • 3 years experience in a tyre centre environment is highly advantageous
  • Supervisory or Direct Management experience
  • Delegation skills
  • Good communicator
  • People skills
  • Numerical skills
  • Understanding of financial profit & loss account management
  • Understanding of H & S Legislation relating to the industry
