Service Desk Controller

Venatu consulting are working with a company based in Wakefield that are an independent service provider to end user customer who due to expansion and increase in customer base seek to recruit a Service Desk Controller to join their expanding team.

  • As Service Desk Controller you will be customer focused whilst supporting internal teams around you. No one day will be the same, but it is essential that you are able to confidently manage numerous tasks at any one time, work with key deadlines under pressure and of managing all jobs/ tasks through to successful completion.
  • All orders received must be completed on time in full and progressed through to relevant departments for actioning whilst maintaining spreadsheets, systems, posting invoices and updating Line Manager of progress and any potential issues.
  • To be considered for this available permanent opportunity our client seeks confident customer service and administration skills coupled with the ability to work on own initiative but as part of a team, excellent organisational skills are essential and you must be able to work weekends as part of a rota.
  • GCSE Maths and English or equivalent is ideally sought when applying.
