Technical Administrator

Venatu Recruitment Group are looking to speak with an experienced Technical Administrator to join their Quality Technical Team working 40 hours a week on a permanent basis. Our client will also consider an experienced Administrator from a manufacturing company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage changes to the Quality Systems and HACCP systems
  • Working within schedules, incorporating 11 quality systems
  • Responsible for accurate document control systems
  • Accurately updating changes to Quality Systems
  • Carrying out internal audits
  • Delivery of training to internal employees on quality standards and hygiene
  • Assisting with the development and understanding of Accreditation standards used within the Group and carry out audits as required
  • Minute taking in meetings
  • Ensure that Quality Documentation remains updated and applicable throughout the Group and accurate document control systems are in place.

CANDIDATE EXPECTATIONS

  • Confident in using a wide range of Microsoft Programs including Word and Excel
  • Have an ability to produce reports and communicate effectively
  • Competent with analysis of data
  • Hold a full UK driving license and be willing travel when required to other sites across the UK.
