Venatu Consulting is working in partnership with our client in recruiting for a Technical Analyst. This position is responsible for the day-to-day support of the business’s IT infrastructure supporting operations at all UK sites with primary responsibility for the Rotherham IT operations.
Your main responsibilities will be to provide exceptional IT customer service and support through company standards and guide lines, logging resolutions thoroughly in the Service Desk System and to be self-motivated and with the ability to interact effectively with business users and business partners. Key focus areas include proactive approach to technical support & problem management and the participation in IT change programmes.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an IT support role supporting the following suite of technologies:
