Telesales Executive

Venatu Consulting are currently working alongside our client in recruiting for a Telesales Advisor based in Sheffield. The purpose of this role is to phone existing business and chase quotations to secure the sale. You will be joining a growing business with the opportunity to progress. The business offers excellent training and support on all products with on-going learning in place.

  • To clearly and effectively promote and market the product and services
  • To persuade potential customers to purchase from the business
  • You will be responsible for reporting daily on various KPI’s
  • Responsible for entering accurate customer and sales data into related systems
  • You will be responsible to follow up on email correspondence and call backs daily


  • You must have a proven track record in outbound Sales, experience in a b2b role would be an advantage but isn’t essential
  • Have excellent communication and listening skills
  • Computer literate, experience of Microsoft packages including excel
  • Have experience of working in a target driven role
  • To be able to adapt to new situations and changes
  • Have confidence in using own initiative
  • Good time management
  • Have a persistent nature
  • Self-motivator
  • Respond well to positive and negative feedback and have the ability to review own performance


  • Monday – Thursday 8.30am –5pm Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm
