Venatu Consulting are working with a company based in Wakefield are a leading manufacturer and distributor of goods, representing leading brands within the consumer market.

THE ROLE

  • The role of Trainee Export Customer Coordinator requires someone who is able to speak fluent Spanish or French (both would be welcomed), have experience within administration but would welcome the opportunity to develop skills into a niche area.
  • This key role will see you working within an existing customers and key accounts, processing new customer accounts, liaising with Finance for the administration of credit checks, set up new product instructions, processing and managing all orders and to prepare all shipping requirements in line with country specific legislations.
  • This role will see you working alongside internal teams for simple checking of product availability to an external shipping provider to organise Sea, Air or Road transport raising the appropriate including export and customs certifications.
  • Full training will be provided on Export for the right candidate.
  • In return our client offers a competitive salary of £21,000 per annum, 23 days holiday and hours of work Monday to Friday 8.00am – 4.00pm
