Kristy Goulding

Our team is lead by Kristy Goulding, as the Head of Engineering & Manufacturing she brings over 15 years of experience in recruitment, spanning various sectors for both temporary and permanent staffing solutions. She prides herself on delivering consistent results and building strong relationships with both clients and candidates. Her focus is on finding the right fit the first time, ensuring that both client and candidate needs are met effectively and efficiently. Kristy took over our Engineering team in October 2023, she spent the first three months focusing on building client and candidate databases. Kristy then specifically focused on roles based around cranes, lifting and manufacturing.

James Shepherd

James Shepherd is one of our Senior Recruitment Consultant specialising in Manufacturing and Engineering. With over 15 years of experience in the recruitment industry, he prides himself on building solid, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates. He recruits for a range of roles including Maintenance Engineering, Design Engineering, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, Operations and Production Managers, and SHEQ Professionals. His extensive experience allows me to deliver consistent results and enhance business opportunities. James joined our engineering team in January 2024. He focuses mainly on Aerospace, Power, Manufacturing and Modular based roles.

Jessica Patterson

Jessica Patterson is also one of our Senior Recruitment Consultant specialising in Engineering and Manufacturing. With over eight years of experience in recruitment, she brings a wealth of knowledge from both in-house and agency settings. She has successfully managed high-volume recruitment projects and thrives on building solid, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates. Jess moved over to our Engineering desk in March 2024. Jess’ main focus is resourcing and liaising with candidates. Jess uses her experience with building long-term relationships with clients and candidates to be able to build the candidate database for the rest of the recruiters within the Engineering Team. Jess is also involved in any strategic projects that the Engineering Team are involved with.

Stephanie Thompson

Stephanie Thompson joined our Engineering team as a Recruitment Consultant. She specialises in Production, Precision Engineering, and Manufacturing roles. She is passionate about connecting candidates with opportunities that match their skills, interests, and aspirations, and providing them with guidance and support throughout the recruitment process. Stephanie values honesty, integrity, and collaboration, and strives to uphold these values in her work. Steph joined our Engineering team in May 2024, she mainly focuses on Blue Collar roles, such as CNC Operators and Welders and Fabricators.

Sally Maxwell

Sally Maxwell has recently joined our Engineering team too as a Senior Recruitment Consultant. With over 25 years of experience, her focus is to bring a wealth of expertise and a strong passion for fostering enduring relationships with candidates as well as clients. Sally joined our Engineering team in July 2024, specialising in Logistics and supply chain. She specialises in recruiting for roles such as Transport Managers, Logistic compliance roles, and warehouse operation roles.

Andrew Health

Andy Heath is one of our Recruitment Consultants working in our Engineering team. He has a strong history of establishing lasting relationships with clients and candidates in the Engineering, Construction, and Industrial sectors. He provides a tailored service that caters to the unique needs of both clients and candidates. Andy has recently joined our Engineering team in August 2024. His main focus is to develop our contracting database. He recruits for roles such as CAD Designers, and blue collar roles such as Welders, Mechanical and Electrical Fitters, Wireman, Maintenance and Service Engineers.
