Role: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Newark
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000+ DOE (competitive salary based on experience)
Hours: 41.5 hours per week
- Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (with a guaranteed day off during the week)
Holidays: 28 days per year, including bank holidays.

As they continue to grow, they are eager to welcome an experienced Vehicle Technician to their expanding team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vehicle Problem Solver: Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle issues, delivering high-quality work to keep customers on the road.
- Maintain Peak Performance: Service vehicles meticulously, following manufacturer guidelines to ensure reliability and longevity.
- Keep Cars Running Smoothly: Perform routine maintenance tasks like oil changes, brake inspections, and tire rotations for safety and optimal performance.
- Build Trust and Transparency: Communicate effectively with customers, clearly explaining repairs and recommendations.
- Promote a Safe and Organized Environment: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, prioritizing safety for yourself and others.
- Safety First: Uphold all company health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced Technician: Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician or similar role, with a genuine passion for automotive repair.
- Master of Mechanics: Strong understanding of vehicle mechanics and repair principles, capable of diagnosing and fixing various issues.
- Communication Champion: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly to customers.
- Team Player with Independence: Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team, contributing positively to the group’s success.
- Customer Service Superstar: Committed to delivering exceptional customer service and building trust and loyalty.
- Valid UK Driving Licence (a Plus): A Full UK Driving Licence is preferred, but not mandatory.
Ideal candidates should hold a Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification.
