Position Title: Autocentre Assistant Manager
Location: King’s Lynn
Salary: Up to £32,000 + Performance Bonus
We are currently looking for a motivated and proactive Autocentre Deputy Manager for a well-established automotive service provider in King’s Lynn. This role offers a competitive salary of up to £32,000 per annum based on experience, plus a performance-based bonus of up to £2,400 per year. Work Schedule:
- You'll receive a day off during the week if you work on Saturday.
- Sunday overtime (10:00 am to 4:00 pm) is rewarded with an extra £1,507.68 added to your annual salary on a rotating schedule (every other week).
Holidays:
- 28 days of annual leave, including bank holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, including Health & Safety, Compliance, and Stock Control.
- Carry out vehicle servicing and repair tasks on all makes.
- Support the Centre Manager in delivering top-tier customer service and achieving sales targets.
- Maintain the autocentre's cleanliness and equipment.
- Implement instructions from Regional Managers, Head Office, or Directors.
- Promote company products and services effectively.
- Assist in recruitment and employee development.
- Liaise with Head Office and other departments as needed.
- Assist other autocentres when required.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience in automotive repair and servicing, ideally including tyre fitting.
- Previous experience in a retail environment within the automotive sector is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage workloads independently.
- Level 2 or 3 Vehicle Maintenance or other equivalent qualifications.
