£50,000 to £55,000 depending on experience (negotiable) + fantastic benefits
Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5pm , Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm
We are looking for an experienced Estimator to join our construction client.
We invite applicants who have Estimation experience in the construction, modular, house build or structures industries.

What will the Estimator be doing?
- Support estimating team in collation of estimates and contractors proposals
- Undertake take offs and quantities to provide detailed cost proposals
- Direct liaison with both clients, sub-contractors and suppliers
- Create enquiry packages including detailed scope of works and attendances to meet the clients brief, issue and engage with supply chain and manage the prompt return of information.
- Understand and apply mark-up / margin
What we are looking for in the Estimator?
- Experience in modular, construction or structures industry – essential
- Strong capability with Microsoft Office – essential
- Basic understanding of construction drawings – essential
