Finance Assistant

£26,000 - £28,000
- Responsible for the management of Accounts Receivable ledgers, ensuring customer invoices are processed in an accurate and timely manner.
- To ensure all customer invoices are paid and payments allocated within agreed terms of business.
- Providing regular reports to the Finance Manager on all matters relating to the
- Accounts Receivable ledger.
- Reconcile sales ledgers monthly producing all necessary reports to the required timetables
- Ensure that all new customer accounts are created in the correct manner
- Produce debtors report monthly highlighting any issues for concern
- Liaise and inform Finance Manager of any financial issues
Essential skills required
- MS office to an advanced level
- ERP system experience
- Credit control
- Finance office experience, minimum of 2 years
Hours of Work
8.30am – 4.30pm Monday – Friday
