About the Role
As a Customer Advisor you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, helping them navigate their vehicle purchasing journey with ease and confidence. Your role will involve building strong customer relationships, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions to ensure an outstanding experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a customer-focused role, ideally within the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, customer-first attitude with a passion for exceeding expectations.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- A keen interest in the automotive industry and a desire to continuously develop your knowledge.

Role Description:
- Communicate clearly with customers & colleagues.
- Adopt new digital systems and processes as part of our digitalisation strategy.
- Propose and sell-up the additional work advised through the Vehicle Health Check process.
- Quote & sell Service Plans to retain customers to the group.
- Encourage customer satisfaction feedback via exit briefing & follow-up contact.
You will also be the go-to person when the customer wants us to:
- Estimate repair costs and times.
- Resolve any concerns when we suggest repairs.
- Inform and update them on progress or additional works needed.
- Prepare and explain invoices and take payments.
