Role: PSV Engineer
Salary: £53350 - £26.50 per hour
Hours: Lates - 2pm - 1am
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off
Location: Berkshire
Our clients is looking for an experienced PSV Engineer or HGV Technician to join their team.
About the PSV Engineer Role:
- Inspecting, repairing, and maintaining the fleet
- Investigating and diagnosing mechanical and electronic faults
- Recording faults and all work performed on tablet
- Attending to daily reported defects
- Working with health and safety protocols and reporting any issues
The ideal candidate will have:
- An NVQ level 3 qualification for maintenance and repair of PSV or HGV (or an equivalent international qualification)
- OR at least five years’ experience in repairing and maintaining public service or heavy goods vehicles.
- An IRTEC is highly desirable or willingness to undergo the necessary training
- A PCV license is desirable but not essential
- A desire to progress their career further
