Salary & Benefits:
- Competitive Salary + Bonuses: On-Target Earnings (OTE) of £55,000 - £60,000, including achievable time-saved bonuses
- Sign-On Bonus: £1,000 upon joining, plus an additional £1,000 after successfully passing your probation period
- Flexible Working Hours: 40-hour working week with flexibility
- Overtime Available: Increase your earnings with overtime (paid at 1.5x rate)
- Salary Reviews: Regular one-on-ones to track progress and review salary
Key Responsibilities:
- Repair and reshape vehicle panels to remove dents and damage
- Replace or repair damaged structural parts to manufacturers' specifications
- Align vehicle panels to meet manufacturer standards
- Ensure productivity levels align with Thatcham repair times
- Comply with company health and safety regulations, ensuring PPE is used at all times
- Understand and meet BSI 10125 Kitemark work requirements
